Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience with the local Enterprise site on North Columbia in Milledgeville, Georgia was totally outstanding and it began with a phone call! Over time from start to finish, their courteous professionalism was extraordinary from phone calls to being picked up from the body shop to pick up the rental, calls for guidance on how to turn off the flashers and why was the vehicle turning off coming up to red lights which was a hoot!! At any rate, it was a most pleasant experience and I’m sold on Enterprise because they have a marvelous team!!

Nice people to deal with but the car had to many gadgets. Charge to fill up at $4.00 per gallon, gas at present time is $2.87 per gallon at Walmart. Car did not have GPS, which is what I need most.

We rented a 15 passenger van and it was everything we needed. The van was exceptionally clean, comfortable and reliable. Definitely will rent from Enterprise again. 💞💞

This place is a joke , very unprofessional ! I reserved a vehicle 3 days aga , received a confirmation to pick it up as my truck was in the shop . I got to the office and told them who I was and was told a bald face lie first thing . The guy said we tried to call you , which i had no missed call or email . He then said he didn't have a truck but was going to call me at 2 which he never did . Later in the afternoon I called corporate and they said they would expedite things and have the store manager call me which he never did . Called back and talked to customer service who then transferred my to a specialist who put me in hold and never came back . So I would never recommend this place to anyone anytime . The milledgeville office was incredible. All the gentlemen were so kind and helpful. Very quick and easy. Would recommend
