Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I just couldn't ask the Shreveport Airport branch for delayed accommodations which let my journey home be behind 5 hours until the weather conditions changed. The vehicle wouldn't start until the weather changed from 17 degrees to 40 by 12pm noon. Other than that everything was good.

When the vehicle I was wanting was not available the representative found me one at a near by location and that location took care of me without hesitation. The Representatives at that location were so kind and efficient. I will definitely come back to the Minden location next time I am in need of a rental.

Lexi was super nice and was very professional and courteous to me. She took into consideration my Veteran status without me having to say a thing

The only dissatisfaction I had was with not getting money refunded for insurance through my Expedia reservation that I didn't use because I didn't get the vehicle at my reservation time and I fill a $300 deposit is to costly. Other places I've rented from have ranged a lot lower. But, I would like to highly praise Ms. C. O. Of the Minden, Louisiana Enterprise branch. She was knowledgeable, hard working, had a smile in her face and made me fill right at home. This young lady was working alone and swamped on a Monday and she treated everyone with a courteous smile. Absolutely the worst rental experience I have ever had. Had a 2 o’clock appointment to pick up a rental car. We got there and a customer was waiting at the counter and said they had been waiting for a while. She actually went in search of someone to help. Two workers came in, rattled around with some papers and keys, never said anything to the customers (by this time, there were 5 of us waiting). They had one guy who was actually working. His name was Franklin. He was checking cars in, then cleaning them out, washing them, and then bringing them back to the front, all the while the other 2 workers sat behind the screen chatting, ignoring the phones ringing and still ignoring the customers.
