Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a wonderful experience at Enterprise! Johar was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure everything went smoothly with my rental and explained all the details clearly. I really appreciated his professionalism and genuine attitude, it made the whole experience stress-free and easy. I’d definitely recommend this location and especially Johar for anyone needing a rental!

We are so disappointed with our experience with Enterprise. Terrible! On our road trip we immediately got a flat tire. By the time the company’s roadside assistance even showed up, some kind Americans had already helped us and taken care of it. After that, the company told us we should have the tire repaired at a workshop — but how? And where? And how long would that take? We’re on a trip, we have different things booked, and we don’t know the area. Then they said a replacement car would be delivered to us and that it would arrive in 2 hours, so we waited especially for that. Who didn’t show up after 2 hours? Exactly! When we finally managed to reach someone, they told us it had been canceled and that we should pick up a new car at the airport. Nice to find that out after waiting forever.

I have rented from this location many times and have always had such a positive experience. The people working here are great, cars are always very clean.

Needed a last minute rental for my grandmothers funeral, we’ve used enterprise three times in the last year and will continue to use them in the future. The guaranteed quality of service is unmatched.

The experience has been great whenever we have gotten a car. Twice they have called on the day of, saying that they don't have a car for us, despite the reservation - reliability is an issue.
