Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise made the rental process easy and quick. My car was in the shop for several weeks so I rented the car and renewed it weekly. I especially appreciate the service I received from Humberto Tijerina in the Mission, Texas office. Even when the office was busy, he was always pleasant and explained everything to me. My future rentals will certainly be with Enterprise.

Not sure why Enterprise accepts reservations when they don't have any cars available, and why I would only be notified about it a couple of hours before the pick up time. Spoke to staff about it and they were nice, but Enterprise should find a better way to handle this. On Jan 15 apparently no Enterprise location in the valley had any vehicles available, and I was told many customers were also waiting for vehicles, and that there wouldn't be any available until end of day. If I set a specific pickup time, it's because I need it by that time. I understand this can be out of Enterprise's control, but again: why accept reservations when you know there's no vehicles available, and why wait until only two hours before to notify? It's a waste of time for the customers.

They handled all the details quickly, communicated clearly, and made sure I had a reliable car right away so I could get back on the road without added worry. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me through the process. They went above and beyond to make a difficult situation much easier to manage. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and efficiency—thank you, Enterprise, for turning a stressful event into a smooth experience!
