Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The car that I rented was quickly rinsed off there was still mud in the wheel wells and up in the grill also it smelt like someone had smoked a lot of pot in that car. It smelled my whole entire trip with my young daughter in tow. The smell never went away. The car drove well and had good features other than the cleanliness.

Nice doing business with ya. It only took me 30 minutes to drive there , get car, and returned back home. But online they had no cars, took a chance and it paid off. Still need to get rental with my purchasing power account. Hopefully next time

Two of our cars were unfortunately struck by a tree, leaving us to get rentals through our insurance. Jared was managing the store alone, with the phone ringing and another customer waiting after us, yet he remained kind and professional throughout. He took the time to explain which vehicles were covered under our insurance and which options would require us to pay the difference. We really wanted a van because of our small kids and their car seats, but there weren’t any available at first — so we accepted defeat and went to look at other cars. To our surprise, Jared came out and asked if we could wait a few minutes because there was a van in the back that just needed to be checked and cleaned.Our spirits were instantly lifted! Jared the district manager is amazing. He really went over and beyond to make sure the vehicle rental was what my family needed and wanted. He made changes and rearrange things to do so. He really cared about getting us what we deserve and want. He takes his time and listens to you! He made my rental so easy and explained everything in detail. He didn't mind to wait on me either.We had some difficulty at first but he really went over and beyond to make it right and to make us happy! Also offered to come and bring the vehicle as well! There is not many many people like Jared that do this anymore and take their time even when you know they are busy. Not sure who messed up but anyways they were supposed to pick up my husband at 9:30 in the morning today and that did not happen and when I called them at approximately 1140 Ish, 15 October, which is today she said they wouldn’t have a car rental until Monday, so my husband had already sat at the place for two hours and the collision center called them two times and tried to get a hold of them. They did not call her back. Mistakes are made. I understand that but no offer to help. Find another location being that we’re driving in a car because I had to leave work to pick my husband up when we plan this a week in advance, so needless to say not very helpful in Morganton, North Carolina
