Enterprise Rent-A-Car

SeaTac/Oak Harbor and Mt Vernon area Enterprises. After this past experience I will ALWAYS chose Enterprise! Customer service on the phone AND in person was top notch. I had to change my rental several times and I was always able to quickly get someone on the phone who was helpful and made altering my itinerary including dates and drop offs SO easy. Every person I spoke to was kind, cheerful and friendly. I will pay more to go with Enterprise now instead of going the cheapest route. Thanks for taking such great care of me while I was out of town visiting my son who is in the Navy and just had my first grandchild. You guys are the best!

I had a great experience at this Enterprise location. The agent greeted me right at the door, was very kind and welcoming, and had me checked in and in my rental car within just a few minutes. The process was quick, efficient, and completely hassle-free, and I really appreciated the courteous service.

I had reserved a midsize SUV to be packed up at 10am. When I arrived they had already rented the SUVs and there were none left on the lot. They offered a van. I declined. They were able to secure one by the end of the day and didn’t start charging me until the following morning so I still had 7 full days rental. Had I not been able to reschedule my appointments, it would have been more problematic, but “life happens while you’re making other plans” The staff were great.

Ultra Friendly Representatives, Polite, Courteous and Caring. They made sure that I got a CLEAN CAR that had a full gas tank and they even took me to my repair shop to pick up my own vehicle!

Did not even get all the way out of my car and some kid,working there, machine in hand jumped in front of me. Actually startled my partner and I. Found out he was an employee who then escorted us inside where they were unable to help us with renting a car. They had none! Ha! A car rental place with no cars and gopher's for employees. The older gen is not going to like this. The older gen is where all the stable money is...
