Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This place is terrible the manager Kayla looks like she is 16teen and acts like it. She was on the phone with a friend most the time and said she likes calls because she donest half to work as hard when using the phone posted of showing the cars and getting them ready! I reserved a truck and waited hrs missed work and meetings just for her to waist my time… it says to get a rental car I needed 2 things a bill with my address and insurance and of course payment. I had all 3 things and she said that because my electric bill had a balance and was due in 25days and the bill wasn’t 0 balance that she couldn’t except it. I literally had everything I needed and my bill was current it was only showing what my next bill was and when it was due January 28… She made this up why I don’t know but it’s

Very simple to deal with. I was renting with them for nearly 2 months due to a vehicle crash. Between the my vehicle repair progress delays and traveling job and busy schedule, they were very accommodating and made things easy. Desk ladies that I had to speak to multiple times due to changing dates were all well spoken and polite. Thank you!

Even though I made a reservation, and I got a confirmation, I had to wait a full hour before speaking to someone when I drive at the time of reservation. They did not have the car I had chosen (false advertising) and I had to pay out of pocket for a SUV since my insurance only covered sedans (even though I had gotten confirmation for the car I had chosen). My insurance pays up to 30 days of rental car, and I got an email from enterprise saying my 30 days were up and I needed to return the car or I will be charged. I called the insurance and they told me I still had 4 more days. Overall horrible experience with this company. Not professional at all

It was so convenient...when I dropped my car off for repairs, Enterprise already had my rental car there, so all I had to was get in and go...it was clean with a full tank of gas!
