Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Overall quite pleased with the experience here, from the pickup at home to the after-hours drop-off. Things went smoothly. My Nissan Elantra was a bit bare bones with features, but it was reliable and performed well over the two months that we had it. This location is convenient, but we can sometimes find better pricing by shopping around… but this time Enterprise was the best deal AND the best service. Kudos to the friendly pick-up driver and to the friendly staff at the location. No notes.

The woman who answers the phone is incredibly friendly and helpful. I rented a car for over a week, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. When I returned the vehicle, Tyler handled the check-out. He was friendly, efficient, and made the drop-off quick and easy. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.

Hannah (and I'm not sure if she was the first girl I had when I picked up the car but if not, her too) made an incredibly horrific and stressful situation so much more manageable. She even went so far as to warm the car up for me when we were setting everything up, knowing that I was freezing. When she went to the first car, it smelled like cigarettes so she was kind enough to put me in something else. When I had to delay the return a day, Hannah made me feel completely at ease and not stressed out out all. She was kind and courteous every time I had to call. She also made sure to go above and beyond on explaining how my insurance worked with the rental. I grew up in New Hampshire and came home for Thanksgiving. We had an excellent experience picking up a last minute rental with Enterprise Nashua. Picking up the car was extremely easy and fast, and they gave us a ride to where we needed to go upon return! Car was great, clean, and we got a free upgrade. Will return 100%!

Renting the car was excellent. I would rent again if I had too. Good service from the desk person ( Tyler Boyer) He was exceptional. But where is my Fifty dollars that was to be returned to me. Five Star goes to your employees. Happy Holidays.
