The service staff were really nice, but I wasn't completely happy with the rental. It wasn't cleaned properly for (1) (2) and there was a dent on the side door (3) and the driver seat was all burnt up from cigarette smoke. It felt like I was just driving around in Pookie's car.
Had 1 woman working to provide a vehicle and same woman to recieve the vehicle upon return. She was pleasant, quick, and accommodating. Easy and quick check in and out. Great experience!
My experience with Enterprise is always top notch. Quan, Yolanda and Karey are always so professional and polite. I use Enterprise a few times a year and my experiences have always been the very best. Highly recommended. 5star every time!
I absolutely love it here. They’re so helpful and caring and anytime I have a favorite car that I want to rent, I always get it. Yolanda, Quan, and Karey are the best. Atmosphere is great, the vehicles are always clean and smell good. Even with gas, it use great gas and mileage.
Rental daily rates are quoted one way through the call center and then the store charges another rate! No resolution is given to correct the problem!
