Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Terrible experience with this place. I rented a car, and had the girl look at it before i left with it to review the damages so i would NOT be charged with them. Brought it back and now im charged for damages i didnt do. They are untrustworthy and I will never rent from them again. Make sure you video while they are reviewing your rental before you leave with the vehicle

I was rented a vehicle with a stench. It seemed to have just gotten cleaned, so I told myself it was just a wet seat smell even tho I have no idea if this enterprise even scrubs the seats in their cars. I sprayed air freshener from my friend’s car into the rental before even leaving the lot. As I drove the smell got worse. To the point I covered the seats with febreze dryer sheets and garbage bags I picked up at a gas station. Once in Baton Rouge, I traded the vehicle I had rented in Natchitoches for a smaller vehicle. I downgraded because it was all that location had available. The agent in Baton Rouge noticed the foul smell right off! Before trading for the smaller vehicle the agent in Baton Rouge said she could clean the car from Natchitoches, but it would just deodorize the vehicle. Sh

Over the past several years, this particular office has been known to cancel at the last minute, not even calling me to tell me that they did not have a car available for me. This particular rental time was a pleasant one as they had a replacement vehicle for the same problem. The new manager kept in contact with me and let me know he was going to do everything he could to get me a vehicle. Great service! Nice vehicle given to me. Ended up working out fine.
