The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready right on time. Pickup and return were both smooth, with no surprises or hidden fees. I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating the team was. I’ll definitely be using Enterprise again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable rental.

Eddie was very professional and extremely helpful. Although the location did not have the car I originally reserved, he called ahead of time to notify me and still managed to get me into a vehicle that met my needs. He was very resourceful and even offered the option to switch cars at another location. Eddie was polite, super friendly, and made the entire experience smooth. I will never do business with them again as a independent travel agent who is self-employed Whose main job is to advise travelers and book them flights hotel hotels car rentals I would never do business with enterprise again they treated me so poorly because of my skin color even with the flu they wouldn’t help me knowing that someone stole my rental. I had police report information documentation and they still banned me from using their rentals. I’m figuring out how to sue to be honest with you. The locations that disrespected my service was Ashley Boulevard in New Bedford and Pleasant Street in total garbage even with a police report, they treated me like a criminal like I let somebody purposely take my vehicle
