Lindsey was amazing! Corporate was supposed to have notified the local office in New Freedom about me coming to switch out a car that I got from a York office. They only noted it in my contract and didn’t give the local office a heads up, but Lindsey was so kind and professional about it. She found me a car, cleaned it, and was courteous and friendly the entire time! Lindsey turned my experience around from being negative to absolutely positive! Thank you!

I cannot Say enough about how excellent their customer service is at this location. Anyone i've ever dealt with has been a pleasure! We had to rent a truck as our work truck had been damaged in an accident and the process could not have been any smoother. We had to extend the reservation due to Delays by the repair shop and this was never a problem. Lindsay especially went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of and had as little stress as possible. Thank You Shrewsbury Enterprise!!!
