Tracksidetires

Terrible customer service. No confirmation email of my order but they charged the card. Tires haven't arrived. They didn't make it in time for my track day. Called them probably 10 times in the last week and they haven't answered the phone once. Some email response but nothing overly helpful.

I have couple of friends who bought tires from them, so I decided to try my self. Ordered Saturday it arrived Tuesday. Was very happy. Only nick is that they don't send confirmation email when you make a purchase. They do reply to you emails fast tough. Thanks

Really disappointed with my recent purchase experience. A few weeks ago I ordered a set of tires and requested them to be delivered to a specific track. Got an email response saying that they got my email and would make a note for the staff that weekend. When I got to the track, I went over to the tire vendor after the rider’s meeting and was told that they oversold and they didn’t have my tires. Luckily, I’m slow, and don’t burn through tires very fast, so I had enough tire left to get through the track day. However, I emailed support again and they admitted that the tires should have been set aside for me. I then requested for the tires to be shipped to a specific address and got no response. Very upset with this company. I ordered a set of tires over a month ago, they took my payment and never sent me a tracking number. I have called and emailed multiple times over the course of a month and ended up buying tires elsewhere. I just want a refund but no one is answering me about my order

I ordered tires and swapped my rear tire for another right after via email, got lost in the system and then they couldn't fulfill my order at all destroying my trackday......they said there was a nationwide shortage on Pirelli tires then I called 3 other suppliers and everyone has plenty in stock. Do not order tires from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
