Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very bad experience. A billing nightmare. Figures kept getting shuffled with no explanations. I asked about my $50 deposit. Was told 'that was used a long time ago. This is what you owe'. I was given a paid receipt not showing my $50 deposit or what day my card was charged for the balance. I was rudely treated & not given answers to my questions. I am posting this review for my mom.

From start to finish, the rental experience was perfect. I have rented an hour New Philadelphia location multiple times over the years. This was by far the most seamless and efficient check-in/check-out process I've had at this location over the years. Car / SUV performed seamlessly full of new and fun features. Surprising performance from Mitsubishi!

Do not rent cars from this location unless you have METICULOUSLY documented damages of your rental. I attempted to rent a car here and they tried to hide damage and when I pointed it out, they refused to properly document it on my rental agreement. There’s only one reason to be that shady… A surprise repair bill two months later. Again, be very careful with these shady characters. They are also rude and do not look customers in the eye… VERY creepy.

Not only will I use this enterprise location in the future but I will strongly recommend it to others. I was treated extremely well from the minute I arrived to the time I dropped off vehicle... thanks to everyone at the counter I spoke to
