Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This place is the best in NYC. The entire staff is just awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, so helpful and kind... Kevin, Omare, and all of them. Picking up and returning is made so easy. If they are closed, you can leave the car with the parking garage attendant, who is always there. This Enterprise is the best rental facility I have ever experienced!

Ran late to pick up after a very stressful day. They had given the car away with no notice. Said they only hold for 30 minutes and that they would call around 4pm after returns came in. No one ever called. When I followed up, I was told they had no vehicles available. I wish they had been clear that they wouldn't likely have any vehicles instead of saying that they would call to placate me. Also, being told to have a nice day by someone who knows that they just made your day much worse does not help.

Enterprise is a unique car rental experience. I’ve been using Enterprise for many years and will continue. The upper west Side office is Staffed by a group of intelligent and caring people. I do recommend using Enterprise and already have a reservation for another enterprise early next year.

Aside from the lack of EZ pass installed, this was my best experience with car rentals and I will definitely be using it again! I received the exact car that I requested, and was provided the car on time and the option to return the car as late as 11pm 🙌🏽 Ryan was a great help!

I picked up a rental car in Manhattan. Its gas gauge was below 5/8 of a tank. Nobody mentioned it and I didn’t notice until I was well on my way. I wish I’d been informed. I filled the tank during my trip and left it with roughly 7/8 of a tank when I returned the car at PHL. The person at Enterprise already knew about this situation and credited me promptly. So, the staff in NYC probably had the information too, and could have told me to spare me any worries. They weren’t too busy to do this.
