Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Super positive experience. The desk agents were friendly and professional. Really top notch service. The car was beautiful and well maintained, and the paperwork was simple and quick. I really couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. Excellent branch.

I had 3 things that I would have appreciate it went different during the pick up of my rental car. 1. The rental car they provided was empty in gas (the representative offered a solution but see the item #3) 2. The car still has cigarette smell inside. 3. After I brought up that the car was gas empty, they took the car to the gas station to “ completely fill it up”, the representative filled it up only 3 quarters and I did realize after I left the place. I wouldn’t be upset if I have gotten changed to another same size car but the only “available option” was a mirage hatchback which I then said no because my rental reservation is for a month. Ease of rental and easy return. Did not have any problems with the car I rented. The agent did a walk around with me to make sure there was no damage to the car before I drove away.

My car broke down the day before Thanksgiving. I called Enterprise in Newington and spoke with Connor and within an hour I was driving away in my rental. When I returned my vehicle , the same fast and efficient drop off I've ever had . Incredible service! Very professional ! By far the BEST service ever at a Car Rental.

Had rented a truck a week and a half before the Thanksgiving holiday. Got a phone call the day of pickup(day after the holiday), a half hour before pickup, that they had no rental for me. Call came from an unidentified number - not listed as Enterprise, so I didn’t answer. When I got to Enterprise, not only did they not have my rental but they had nothing to replace it with. Offered me something at 4 in the afternoon in Berlin when I was only specifically supposed to have the rental until 5. Finally, almost 2 hrs later, they got me a rental but in Wallingford. They told me I would have to go pick it up myself and that they would need a large deposit to be refunded only after the car was then returned by them from Newington. I guess I can see how they tried to somewhat help but no one
