Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Here’s one star for you enterprise Newtown. Understand that there are five parking spots for all of their rental cars on the street which might be occupied by someone other than an enterprise Rent-A-Car customer. Do you wanna know who they’re occupied by the employees because the employees are not allowed to park on the lot at work so they take all the customer parking and I had to cancel my reservation last minute today because I had no place to park my car. I was given the opportunity to park in the enterprise lot and then come back later in the day and move my car in the hopes that there would be street parking available where I would have to leave my car for four days. Thumbs down incredibly shortsighted

HORRIBLE all around experience is an understatement. I really doubt the ethics of this company and particularly the Newtown, PA location. Car had an expired registration and needed service. Car was filthy. This was an insurance rental and I feel like they would do whatever they could to maximize the daily rate the insurance approves.

If I can give zero stars I would. This is the worst place I have ever rented from. After I returned my rental car where I used my own ez pass transponder, I keep getting billed for toll charges on 3 separate conditions with different charges from their 3rd party services that enter price uses. The customer service at the Newtown Branch was horrible there the girl did not explain or ask the required questions that they are supposed to do. I believe she did something nefarious about including their own toll services, very scummy. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BRANDH

I had a great experience with this Enterprise location. I booked the car online, and the entire process from check-in to pickup and return—was smooth and hassle-free. Ryan and Alyssa were both friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They made the experience easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated their professionalism and customer service. I have already rented from this location again!

Booked through Costco travel and had a very smooth pickup and drop off experience. Brianna - the rep who attended me in both the instances was very professional, friendly and courteous. Very clean and well maintained car. Everything was ready when I walked in unlike most other places, where they would just get it washed when the customer is already in. Well managed franchisee. Only con is the distance from the nearest station. If you're in the area and booking from this outlet, no brainer
