Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The rental process was very easy. Everyone I dealt with on both ends was professional and helpful. The car was clean. It was very easy to pick it up and drop it off. I didn't get the person's name, but I was given a ride back to my hotel after drop off. The guy who drove me back was very professional and friendly. Great experience overall. Enterprise is usually our go to for rental cars.

As we all know, Enterprise quality and service varies greatly by location. The Newtown PA site is very well run. Will never set foot in Naples FL Enterprise ever again, even if I have to walk and carry my luggage on my back.

They didnt have the size car i requested, but they must have sensed my stress and found me one at another nearby location. They were very kind, understanding and efficient.
