From start to finish, they were incredibly patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and genuinely made the whole process stress-free. On top of being professional, Augustis was so down-to-earth and even brought a little humor into the experience, which made it feel welcoming and human—not transactional. Andrew was professional and kind and willing to jump in and help. You can tell they actually care about helping people and doing their jobs well. This enterprise was so helpful and efficient which is all you can really ask for! I was using them while my car was being repaired and the process was so easy! They picked me up from the body shop (it was close by) and got me in a rental fast. At the end I was able to leave the car with my body shop! They even let me switch into a different car half way through when I wasn’t loving my original rental. They clearly have a great relationship with some of the local body shops. They really went the distance for me. I will absolutely continue to use this enterprise location! Thank you!
