I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Car Rental in North Haven, Connecticut. Max and her team were truly amazing from start to finish. They provided top-notch customer service and set me up with a fabulous car while mine was in the shop for repairs at a local auto body shop. The entire team was kind, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. I honestly can’t remember the last time I received customer service this good. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and seamless. Thank you, Max and team. I truly appreciate everything you did and highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental.

During a very stressful time after my car accident, he was kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and made the entire process feel so much more manageable. Enterprise on State Street in North Haven, CT was a great experience for me. Max, the representative I had was friendly, outgoing, very knowledgeable, patient and she had an outstanding personality. I would recommend this location to anyone, and special kudos to Max.

Great experience here - I had to bring my car to the shop for 2 days and I was able to rent a car and pick it up within the hour. Staff was very friendly and it took less than 10 minutes for me to get the keys (I did pre-register online). They even called me the next day to make sure everything was going well with the rental. If I ever need to rent a car, I know where to go! Thanks for a great experience.
