Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The gentleman who checked me in was amazing he made sure I was comfortable with the car he had choose for me. The return process was super fast and great. The same gentleman was there when I returned it asked me how my experience was, I reassured him that everything was amazing and smooth. The car was super clean and easy to setup for navigation.

I was in need of a rental last minute and needed a pickup truck on top of it. They didn't happen to have any at that location. They worked with me to get the truck and even sorted out a last minute bit on confusion on the drop off date. Nice clean and quality rental.

Reserved a car online for noon. Got a call at 1030 that they were “working on getting the car” and it would hopefully be 2-230. 230 comes around and no call. They said 4 at the latest and they will keep me updated hourly. We moved on because it was apparent we weren’t getting a car but it’s been two days and NO ONE has followed up about the car even once to confirm or anything. They literally just strung us along then ghosted us. If we didn’t have another fall back plan we would have been screwed. They could have at very least said they can’t do it so we still had time to rent from another place but we had to just take the car we were avoiding using because we didn’t have any time left. Truly terrible— Couldn’t recommend this place any less. Just go to Morgantown.

some of the best customer service i have ever received. My insurance made the reservation because i was in an accident, and this was the first time i ever had to get a rental, and they were so incredibly helpful. Michaela told me she originally works at the enterprise in cumberland MD, but they had to move her to the oakland office the day i picked up my car, and i’m sure glad they did. She explained the process so clearly, helped walk me through the paperwork, and even stayed later after they closed to help me get a car. She was so incredibly kind, understanding, and patient with me and i couldn’t be more grateful! She is truly an asset to the Enterprise company!!
