Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Steve and his staff at the Ocean location are AMAZING!!!! I wanted a specific model and Steve called me when the car became available at his location. The rental was perfect and everyone was super courteous, friendly, and helpful. This is why Enterprise is my first choice and favorite car rental company. When I stopped in before the rental to ask about renting a Palisade, Steve made sure he understood what I needed and he made it happen. The whole process was very pleasant with absolutely no surprise costs or misunderstandings. While I was at the location, I saw other customers also getting taken care of very professionally. Steve runs a great branch.

Used this location for my first time to rent an SUV for the weekend. The entire process was so easy and staff was very friendly. A big snow storm hit the day my rental was due back, therefore I was unable to return the vehicle on time, and they were very accommodating. Just booked another rental for my next little weekend getaway! Thanks Asbury Park Enterprise team!

5 starts all around! The first phonecall was prompt, brief, professional, and informative. And so was the car pickup, all the way thru the text msgs and the dropoff. Fantastic job everyone. The car was what I needed and worked fine. (Should go without saying, but doesn't all the time.) The price was reasonable. (I don't know if it was the lowest available, but it was not sticker shock sort of high by any means.) Those are things that JUST SHOULD HAPPEN, but don't always. The thing that set this experience apart was the coordination with related businesses for the convenience of the customer. -- I was picked up by Enterprise from the repair shop where I left my damaged car. -- I left the rental car, two weeks later, with the auto dealership where I drove off in a new car. The dealership has a relationship with a nearby Enterprise so it will be picked up from the dealer. BTW, it was not the same Enterprise location where I picked the car up, but Enterprise figured out how to h
