The parts dept. was very helpful. He found the part, ordered it and said it would arrive in 2 weeks. Within 2 weeks the part arrived and I was able to make a service appointment for the day and time I needed.

Very large operation but they could not provide me with the wiring diagram I need to fix my van so I knocked off a star. This is the only interaction I've had with them. Very helpful service and parts counter.

Waited 2 hours for a 30 minute job and it still wasn't done. Left discussed. If they didn't have the part I'd go somewhere else. Only efficient guy there is Nick who was on vacation

SEPTEMBER 21, 2018 11:45AM This DEALERSHIP, has dishonest people that work at this Business. I was on N Mall Dr. which is the street along side of of the SEACOAST DEALERSHIP parking lot. A large step van Bread truck must have left his door open and lost 3 flat stack racks of bread. The two cars in front of me stopped and moved the racks out of the road. The story doesn't end ... a few SEACOAST CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP STAFF helped their self to several loafs of bread. Yes I was shocked ... to see this act of staff from SEACOAST DEALERSHIP. When I made it to the corner of Mall Dr. and Sunset Ave., the Bread Truck had made it back to pick up his flats. Their was even a a salesman or staff in the parking lot filming. He should turn the employee in. Think about what that says about your BUSI
