Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Probably one of the worst Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations I have ever used. Cars are not clean cars are subpar economy the lowest end of the Enterprise structure when you're picking a particular class. A couple of times I wanted a particular vehicle They couldn't get it They used excuses like recalls and a few other things They over govern and pick and choose who they want for customers and rents It's too bad most other Enterprise rental outlets are not that way I wonder if their business has gone down from a volume perspective cuz people don't want to deal with them at this location

Paul, Anthony, and Josh were outstanding at this Enterprise location. These guys truly set the standard for what Enterprise customer service should be. Professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile they made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. If you’re renting here, you’re in great hands. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your Enterprise location. What should have been a routine rental instead turned into an extremely costly and stressful inconvenience due to the conduct and decisions of local management. The behavior I encountered was unprofessional, hostile, and dismissive. Rather than attempting to assist or resolve the issue in good faith, local management was rude and unwilling to acknowledge the significant impact their actions had on me as a customer. At no point did I feel valued or respected. The situation resulted in substantial inconvenience, unexpected costs, and disruption to my schedule. This Enterprise location is top-tier. Despite what some other reviews say, I’ve been renting here for over a year, and the team consistently delivers exactly how a rental car business should be run. Efficient, professional, and reliable. They deserve recognition and promotions ASAP. 👍

Went in to the Old Saybrook location today to rent a vehicle. All the guys in there were very helpful and Derek was great to work with personally. He went the extra mile to help and make sure I got the rental I was looking for. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone!
