Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I always keep coming back at this branch to rent. Most of the managers and staffs are friendly and helpful. Jeff was awesome. He is very approachable. He'll greet you with a smile and help you throughout.

This Enterprise is a beacon of hope in a sea of rent-a-car scams. My company vehicle was out of commission for a few days, and I was dreading the need to rent a car in the Orlando-Kissimmee area. I’m not sure if you’ve read reviews for other companies lately, but they’re full of existing damage scams (with proof). The last thing I want is that headache on vacation (which is likely why they’re effective). Even though this Enterprise has only 4 stars, it’s far above the average, and only comparable to the SIXT (currently 4.2), which is riddled with false damage claims in the last 3-6 months. I’m super happy with the Enterprise location near Magic Kingdom (right across the street). I live in Celebration, and every time I rent a car through them, the experience is smooth, fast, and truly professional. A special shoutout to Jeff, the manager, who is absolutely outstanding. I requested a station wagonneer, and they actually made it happen, they found one and offered it to me. The service is impeccable: professional, friendly, smiling staff both at pick-up and at return. Enterprise is the only rental car company I have used for years. Their website is very user-friendly and allows me to reserve my vehicle online. Pick up and drop off are always handled with friendly and helpful employees. I would definitely recommend Enterprise for your rental company.
