Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Thanks to Veronica again! She has been invaluable for me and my family. The weather changed for the weekend and she absolutely stepped up and got us exactly what we needed. I truly cannot say enough about her customer service and that of all the employees at the Oro Valley location. I will recommend this site to everyone I know- thank you!! 😊

I couldn’t be more pleased with the way Enterprise takes care of all my rental needs. Every time I request a hybrid vehicle, Enterprise comes through. Whether I rent from the Wetmore location with Mgr. Stephen or I rent from your Oro Valley location with Veronica, what a pleasure to have them there at Enterprise. Veronica was so kind and always smiling. She is truly an asset to Enterprise. Please give both Stephen and Veronica the recognition they so strongly deserve. My wife and I, Anna & Stephen want to personal thank all the staff for the great service. You really made us a devoted customer. Thank you!

Great experience! I had booked a rental at this location but somehow the form reset and I did not notice the location had changed when I completed the reservation online. Veronica, the branch manager was really understanding & helpful in switching my reservation, and saw that I left satisfied and with a rental. Even saved a little money. The car I received was a compact, which was smaller than the car I originally booked, but the car was great. Nice and clean & free of any damage. Great customer service.

We were doing a road trip to Vegas and our experience renting from Enterprise was awesome. We got a Kia Carnival mini van and it was perfect. More family is coming in February and we will definitely be renting from them again. A big shout out to Michael for his assistance!

Everything was great. The people working at the Oracle Rd. location were very nice, professional and efficient. My Nissan Rogue was clean and in great shape. Without hesitation, they offered to drive me to the dealership where my care was being serviced.
