Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Mike at the Oxon Hill, MD office. My experience with enterprise was excellent from start to finish, largely due to his professionalism and dedication. From the moment he picked me up to take me to the Renaud location, Mike was punctual, professional and personable. He made the paperwork process simple and quick, patiently explaining each step and ensuring I was well informed. Mikes exceptional service is a true asset to your company. Please extend my gratitude to him for making my experience so positive. I highly recommend enterprise car rental at this location!

I had a great experience at this location. My family has used it previously, and I have always had great experiences as well. My rental was booked through A progressive claim. Someone reached out to me right away about when I would be dropping off my vehicle for repair to make sure they had a rental ready for me when I got there after dropping off. The vehicle was ready at the reservation time. It was clean and comfortable. I had it for about two weeks. I got the call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up so I called Enterprise to let them know when I would be dropping back off the next day. They told me they would take me to Pick up my vehicle after dropping the rental off, which I greatly appreciated. And I got all of this done around my work schedule. I am horrible with names, but i

I received help from Ashley during both my initial rental pickup and when I returned the vehicle, and the customer service was tremendous! I usually don’t write reviews unless I’ve been truly wowed — and Ashley definitely wowed me.What made it even more impressive is that she doesn’t usually work at this location; she was just helping out. You’d never know that, though, because she treated me with such professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Ashley is an amazing employee who genuinely cares about her customers — something that’s rare to find these days. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and I truly hope she goes far in her career. Enterprise is lucky to have her!

I have booked compact car, and my pick up was at noon, they called me at 11:30, and told me that no car is available and they can only provide car at 4:00. When I called enterprise customer care they told me that compact car available at that location but when I checked out my hotel and reached there, they again told me no car available. After 30 minutes they offered me large SUV at 5 times of my booking price, which I refused off-course. They have me wait almost 2 hours and then finally upgraded to compact SUV on same price. The funny thing is that this SUV was there more than one hour before they upgraded the booking, could have done it long time ago and save my time. This delayed my travel plans significantly and I could not go the national park I was planning to.
