Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Outstanding staff. Amazing customer service. Where do they get these all stars? They are the epitome of superior customer satisfaction. Trish and Marissa are fast and efficient. Kudos to Enterprise for finding such amazing representatives.

I know previous reviews are not that great but I can only speak on my experience. I interacted with Chad the Branch manager and Bud and they were both professional and provided excellent customer service! It was a smooth and flawless process to rent and return the vehicle!

After I totaled my vehicle, State Farm sent me here to pick up a rental. I was talked into additional coverage. This totaled up to $300, and I was told later by State Farm that I did not need it and they would not reimburse it. Kind of crap to do to someone who’s coming out of pocket for a bunch of unexpected expenses. Also, when I went back to return the vehicle, I waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter and was late for work. I would recommend avoiding this location if you have the chance. I’ve never had such a sketchy experience with enterprise before.

TLDR Rep said car was ready by 3:30pm. One wasn’t until 5:03pm. Why lie. Called and spoke to Marissa at 2:17pm. Confirmed a vehicle would be ready by 3:30pm. Stated I wouldn’t be able to get there until 4:05pm and was told that wouldn’t be a problem as they don’t close until 5pm. Get there at 4:07pm and hear a customer being told there are no vehicles on the lot and they have to wait for someone to return one, get it detailed, then rent it out. Here I was hoping I had one on reserve so I wouldn’t be in the same situation but they checked me in and said no vehicles were available. No eta but it could be 40-50 minutes until one shows up (and I’m not even first in line). I call my insurance adjuster who advised trying another Enterprise, got me an upgrade to my rental, and set me up with He
