Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The last two times I rented cars from this place have not been good. I did not give a review last time because I decided to give them a second chance. This time I was advised I have two choices of cars to pick from. One car was a wagoneer with a cracked windshield. The second car was a grand wagoneer with an inspection sticker from July. The manager told me the inspection sticker was not needed, and enterprise will take care of the ticket if you get one. It doesn’t matter if enterprise reimburses for a ticket it will still be on someone’s driving abstract. And enterprise should not be renting cars with a cracked front windshield. Get the cars fixed. The class of cars I selected was suppose to be a Nissan Armada or Chevy Tahoe or similar. I’m not complaining about a wagoneer but I should no

The rental process was mostly smooth and the staff was helpful. The only downside was that the car in the price range I originally reserved wasn’t available, so I had to take a more expensive option. Aside from that, everything else was fine and the experience was overall okay.

I was disappointed with my recent rental experience. I believed my personal insurance covered the vehicle, but I later realized I was being charged daily for additional collision coverage that was not clearly explained to me. The extra costs only became clear when I returned the car. I feel the optional charges should have been communicated more transparently. I feel like I got scammed. I ended up paying $1240 dollars for a one week rental. It’s unacceptable and on top of that when I called customer service they told me they couldn’t do anything. No manager has contacted me about it and I get hang up every time I call.

I just wanna say these people are amazing very humble and very honest specially Samantha and the other guys like Justin I forgot the other names but they deserve a raise. Go check them out. Hope see ya soon !!!

I would give six stars if I could, never had such amazing service for rental car like the service I got from the enterprise in Paterson New Jersey. A manager drove me my car right to me, the vehicle was extremely clean/brand new and the ENTIRE process was 100% hassle free. I will use this place next time. I need a vehicle since I work the next town over. Thank you! Leon Colao
