Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The 5 stars go to the outstanding service that I received. First from the young man working the counter and dealing with customers named Mike. He was really professional and dealt with us with so much grace and professionalism even when we were not so gracious. Secondly to Cameron who handled the aspect of the vehicle that I was given NOT being what I rented. Thank you for giving me first rate customer service and grace.

Bought my dream car with minimal payment down and got a great deal, financing, and superb customer service. When I had an issue, I had an immediate solution with a rental and towing covered, maintenance immediately and got me back in my car within 4 hrs! This is the best customer service and car handling I have ever experienced and I am so glad I went with Enterprise to buy my car! Best experience ever! The General Manager Jason and my service Rep Angie were absolutely amazing! If you go in, ask for Angie!!!

I reserved an SUV for 11/14 with an 8 AM pickup time. As I was getting ready to leave home, I received a call from Mike letting me know the previous customer hadn’t returned the SUV yet, so my vehicle wasn’t available. He offered me a minivan, but I specifically needed a 4-wheel drive. I really appreciated the heads-up and the great communication. They called me again as soon as the SUV arrived around 10 AM. I would have been very disappointed if I had gotten there and the vehicle wasn’t ready, so I’m thankful for their excellent customer service.

After reserving over a week ahead of time and verifying on the app the day of with a check in. While driving to the Enterprise location I was called and told they did not have a car for me. The app not only allowed me to check in, but encouraged me to upgrade to a premium model. Which they also did not have.

Rented a car this week from Enterprise in Pelham. The agent who started my contract showed respect but the agent responsible for taking me to the car was horrible and refused to take me to my car at 8:30 in the morning. I was not happy and as a valued customer, this was a first for me. I won’t be going back.
