Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I highly recommend Enterprise. Great service with picking me up at the body shop and being able to just leave the rental car at the body shop when mine was ready was so convenient.

Friendly and professional service. I’d likely never purchase a Chevy Malibu but it was great car to drive around for a while :)

I rented a vehicle to drive to SC from NH and back. That is over 2000 miles total. In my agreement I signed with Enterprise Rental I had Sirius Radio. My vehicle did not have Sirius Radio. I called Enterprise Rental the next day to see what they could do about it. They were kind of rude and said they could not put Sirius Radio on the vehicle and had no other vehicles. They would give me a refund for the Sirius Radio. I Don't want a refund. I want what I signed a contract for a month ago. They did not even try to solve the problem. 2000 miles of radio and commercials I don't want to hear. Not Happy.

Renting a car through Enterprise was very easy. The transaction went very smoothly and I would use them again if necessary. They are respectful and pleasant to work with.

Friendly service, cars in great condition, and the only problem I encountered (initially, a car with a stale cigarette smoke smell) was promptly resolved when I was issued another car with no such problem. All of the reps were very friendly, and very professional. Top marks.
