I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. My boyfriend brought his work truck here to be serviced. He requested that the tail light be fixed & license plate light be replaced. They ziptied the license plate underneath the working tail light & didn't fix the tail light that isn't working. They also left wires inside the vehicle exposed?!? They had the vehicle for TWO DAYS mind you. Never again.

I brought my vehicle in to Valley Automotive today after price shopping a bit on some repairs I needed done. Valley’s prices were far and away better than the dealership that had done my original diagnostics. Their labor prices were much more fair, and most importantly they were polite, punctual, communicative, and honest. While I can’t speak for the repairs yet as its only been a few hours since I picked up my car, I cannot say enough about the integrity of this shop during my experience today.

Three weeks ago I had my four tires rotated at Valley. Normally you requested to return for a re torque This important detail was never mentioned when cashing out . After three days of local driving I started to hear a rotation noise from the drivers right side. Thinking it might be a wheel baiting I made an appointment at Shepards in Greenville my garage for mechanical. work. Luckily. a day before my appointment I had my van towed to Shepard's. as the noise was getting really loud. Also fortunate. I borrowed a car to drive my client to Townsend that day. The following day at Shepard's they told me that all the lugs were loose. and the driver side front was so bad. if I would have driven to Shepard's the front wheel would have come off. ... I was visiting from out of town and ran into some trouble with my transmission. They fit me in for diagnostics, worked out a plan of action, and did what was needed while communicating clearly the whole way through. Prices seemed reasonable, and the quality of work was solid. People are very kind and competent.

When I first started going here many years ago they were awesome. Attentive and got the job done well! But now they have gone down hill so badly it’s really sad. I was given a bad exhaust which last barely a year (they even told me when i brought it in year that’s a bad exhaust well try to get you a new one). They couldn’t it was 2 days over warranty. But they “tried” to be helpful and safe me money my “fixing” the leak with a patch. And then tried charging me thousands of dollars to fix other issues that I went elsewhere and got it done 75% cheaper! This new place then did my inspection which failed due to an exhaust leak that valley supposedly “fixed” clearly they didn’t!!! This isn’t the only issue either. I got breaks done last year and they didn’t bleed my lines so when i drove away
