If I could 0 stars I would. I was told then I made the reservation with them that my insurance is really good and I could have my pick of what I wanted for a vehicle. I am getting my car repaired in Pittsboro and this location is right next door so seemed conviennent. I arrange a reservation in coordination with my insurance company. When I went to pick up rental after dropping my car off at the collision center they said they thought my reservation was 2pm not 9am even though I had the confirmation. All the had was a Dodge Durango or nissan sentra. The Durango was the closet size but it wasn't yet cleaned and the interior smelled with no SiriusXM services. I was told they would swap me out for a Tahoe they had but needed to get the oil changed and to come back that evening for fir

I had a great experience at this location. The guy working at the front counter was awesome. Super efficient and there were zero shady tactics (that a lot of car rental places seem to struggle with). The vehicle was in new condition - clean and ran great. Highly recommend this location.

After a car accident I needed a rental while my car was being repaired. The Pittsboro, NC location was perfect. The staff members there were so easy to work with and fully explained everything. Should the need arise in the future, I will definitely go to this location.

I called to pick up a car due to an insurance claim. The reservation was set and when I went to get the car, the guy stated "they gave the car to someone else" although I had the confirmation confirmed for the car. Then when I ask for another car, he said "no" i would have to pay out of pocket. They do not have "insurance" cars at that time.
