Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’m forced to pick one star, but I’m here now and the young female manager has unnecessarily threatened me twice, she projected another client’s conversation onto me rudely threatening me the she willing to refuse services. This is after telling me that enterprise will firer her for calling to escalate this situation to get a better resolution for our emergency situation. My friend has witnessed this situation and validates that the management has been unprofessional and in ethical. The enterprise customer services team has validated this issue is really not appropriate.

Long story. Reserved a car through you guys because my car was stolen. My ride fell through to go pick up the car, so I made arrangements to drive my semi 50 miles to get the rental. As I'm driving I think I better call to verify my vehicle will be ready. I didn't receive a call, text or email but the lady on the phone told me they were out of cars for the day. When I asked when I could get a car, she didn't have an answer for me. She said that they had 80 reservations the next day. I said well shouldn't mine be top of the list because I didn't get one today? She still couldn't tell me for sure. End of story is much better!! Went to avis who had my car ready and waiting, good service, and slightly cheaper.

I would like to say that my agent Ron could not have done a better job. He was very courteous, thorough, and answered ALL my questions. If and when I choose to rent a car again, I would like for Ron will be my agent again. This man is a very great asset to your company. Thank you Ron Regards Lisa Dawkins.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I have rented from this location twice, and both times my vehicle wasn't ready, even after making a reservation. The first time, my vehicle caught a flat on a long road trip with my family due to a bad tire. What's even worse is the vehicle did not have a spare! The employee begged us not to call corporate and refunded us one day of our reservation. This morning I arrived to pick up my vehicle to travel out of town and was told that my vehicle wasn't ready! Then I was told "There's nothing I can do about it, I'm just filling in for someone." Then he proceeded to tell me that the other two cars on the lot were reserved. HELLO!!!!! I also had a reservation to pick up my vehicle at 8:30 this morning. Shame on this location and whoever manage

Quick process getting my car, which was clean and had no issues leaving. Returning was the issue, I returned the car after hours but before the beginning of the second day to avoid paying for a second day. I guess no one looked in the drop box until late that evening and attempted to charge me for a second day and would have if I did not notice that they charged me for two days on my invoice. Luckily I noticed and notified the manager who understood and was extremely helpful in getting me my money back. Had it not been for that issue I would have given them 5 stars.
