Every staff at this location are the most friendly rental car staffs I have met!❤️❤️ First of all, there is a gas station right across the street. If you need to fuel the tank before you return the vehicle, no need to drive around and get lost like I did when I was in San Diego airport.😅😅 Second, the service was great! Staffs would greet to you and provide what you need. Third, there is no "tourism tax". If you rent a car at airport, you will be charged a tourism tax. Ask for Jake, he is the one that helped our needs. He is professional and he won't waste your time. Go in as one-two-theee, pick up your rental car and leave. Not like annoying salesperson who wants you to buy stuff you don't need, so that they can get a cut of commission.

It was a pleasure renting from this location, possibly my best car rental experience ever. The car was great. The price was reasonable. The rental and return processes were quick. The staff was friendly and didn't pressure me into paying for anything extra. They really took care of me, even collecting my belongings that I had accidentally left when I returned the vehicle. I would definitely rent from them again.

Amazing staff !! Chase is so polite kind and caring . I explained I was in an accident and my car totaled and the insurance doesn’t work on the weekends but he was ready to take care of business. Kevin is also amazing !! Helped arrange a ride home . Harry the driver exceptionally kind. Thanks 🙏🏻 fellas . I’ll be back but I’m sure under better circumstances.

Awesome staff and Chase the manager is great at his job, their only goal is to help, on Sunday they close at 12 but they waited 1 extra hour to help all customers in store, they clean very carefully (Josh) and make sure they provide you the best service.

Sneaky and unhelpful . So my son needed a rental car while his was being repaired. His car was hit and he was not at fault. The rental car was covered under the insurance policy. So he went alone and was taken advantage of by a costumer associate. He ended up signing a paper for insurance when he is already covered under our insurance. They knew what they were doing taking advantage of someone. Why not let the consumer know if you already have insurance you don’t need it. Nope they wanted the money. I would avoid this business and you will have no luck talking with anyone. They are robots only using business phrases or taught responses . AVOID THEM
