Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a mid size SUV for a 1400 mile drive. Alarms, bells, no cruise control, and an Enterprise Location who couldn't be bothered to switch the vehicle out. At the end of the trip they took $45 off for my frustration. The car presented nice and drove fine, actually it was very comfortable but 22 hours of alerts and no cruise control was overwhelming.

I’ve never been to a rental car that made the experience pleasant. This place is amazing. Even when they are a bit busy they show great customer service and show they are willing to help you. As soon as you get in there, they help you, they are nice and knowledgeable. Kuddos to management and the whole team. Appreciate you guys!

Employees were quick and knowledgeable. Car was ready and clean. Very courteous. Didn't like the first car rented, so I traded for a different one the next day without any problems! Easy process all around. Great experience, A+ David, Port Charlotte, FL

I'm giving three stars ONLY because the representative who brought me the car at the auto body shop was extremely nice and punctual! Also because I was given a really big SUV, but was expecting a small economy car. However, the rental was filthy and came with less than a half a tank of gas. However, I was told upon return that I had put at least a half a tank of gas in! Worse still, there was a stain on the seat of questionable nature, so I had to sit on a towel the entire week I had it. There was mud in the wheel beds... Well, the photo show, inside and out, how dirty the vehicle was and that it clearly was not cleaned prior to being delivered to me. Granted, my insurance company was paying the daily rental fee, but that does not mean giving someone an absolutely filthy vehicle is a good

I made a reservation online for a Chevy Malibu or the equivalent. The reservation went through and I printed it out. At the rental location in Gorham Maine I was informed the only available car was a huge expensive Grand Wagoneer at nearly twice the price The young woman there would not honor the reserved car or its lower price. Through the years I have been very happy with enterprise. But, not this time.
