Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My husband was recently in an accident in our family car and we chose to go to enterprise in Powhatan because DRP collision is right next to it. From the very first day, they have been so kind and thankful. I spoken to a gentleman, I believe his name was Bradley, and he was so well spoken and considerate. It definitely makes a very stressful situation a little bit easier. Thank you to their team! Wishing I could keep this mini van longer! It’s very nice!

EDIT: I'm giving them back two stars and re-writing my review after they finally got me into a car and the kid working the counter was very apologetic about the situation. TL;DR: they've got one kid working the front office doing his best and one guy doing pickups & detailing it looks like, which left them scrambling to fulfill my reservation & me without the planned ride I needed today, and very little ability to actually get them on the phone to ask what the problem was. Twice during the day I had to limp my wrecked car up to their office from the body shop to figure out what was going on b/c I still had no ride & nobody was picking up the phone. Not the kid's fault. If Corporate reads these reviews: you can't run a show like that on a skeleton crew of two men. The kid would be smart to

These men do the best job they can & are always helpful. I think they could use more help because sometimes there is only 1 employee & the rest of us have to wait our turn. I've been there when 2 of us are waiting while the 1 employee can only help the 3rd other person there. But they do the best they can. I get a rental regularly & appreciate all their efforts to accommodate me.

I used their satellite branch in Powhatan. I picked up the vehicle later than what I had made the reservation for. The company representative was fine with the later pick up time and honored a new 24 hour window for the vehicle. Also because of my late arrival they had rented out of all the vehicles that matched the class associated with my reservation and offered me a higher class vehicle for no additional cost. Dropping off the rental was a 5 minute process that was smooth as silk. I'm very satisfied with the entire process and recommend Enterprise highly.

Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and the vehicle was very nice and worked very well for our purposes. My only complaint is that the office closest to me wasn't open on the weekends so I had to rent the vehicle several more days than needed which cost me more money than necessary.
