Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The let you book cars weeks and months in advance knowing fully well they are not available. Then they will gaslight you and tell you nothing can be done nothing is available and have a great day before hanging up on you while you are still trying to find a solution. The entire customer service team is a bunch of liars making up any excuses not to do their job and refuse to even provide their name and connect you to management after they continuously lie to you about your reservation. I have spoken to 3 different people over 2 hours and all of them are the same. This company teaches their employees to lie and make the customer believe that he is in the wrong for having a confirmed booking weeks in advance. They have also completely removed my reservation from everywhere leaving no trace of

They were extremely helpful and friendly. There had been a system error with my rental and they accommodated me by giving me a discount. They also gave me a ride back to the train station after dropping off my car.

These guys gave me a ride to my hotel once I returned my car, and we're super friendly along the way. That level of customer service is rare.

Not impressed by this location in the least. Go to Budget/Avis on Dorrance street for a much better experience.

What out they stole my handicap plate no one knows where it is Grand Wagoneer, I was renting the same day I just called them about it then I asking for the plate number to file a police report they couldn't give me that cuz they know they stole it don't trust them ever
