The quality of car offered , the attentive and supportive staff and ease of accessing the vehicle location were all superior and easy! In addition when I required an extension of my rental, the staff provided clear, consistent and maintained the incredible original value of the rental. I believe Enterprise’s approach opens a new, incredibly valuable opportunity for customers and ultimately sets a quality standard that I believe is unmatched in the automotive car rental industry. Had to rent a car while our car is being repaired. Husband had car reserved, procedure was easy and were in & out quickly. Could have been informed about the cars electronics and how to use them.

Showed up to find the location had moved a few hundred feet behind some other car dealership. Was then told that they had no cars and gave mine away because I booked it for earlier in the day. We were delayed arriving by airline delays. Both employees were professional. I use to use enterprise because they were a good company and you avoided these sort of issues. Never again.

Yana was our agent. She could have made our trip miserable, but she worked very hard to communicate. We use Enterprise often and find them professional with a good product, however the face you deal with colors your experience. Yana was knowledgeable, professional, calm, and made us feel like we were important. The people you deal with are as important as the cars you rent. Yana did an exceptional day's work on Christmas Eve!

I was helped by Yana at the counter. She was very friendly and accommodating to my questions. She made sure that I understood the vehicle I was driving and if everything was acceptable before I drove off. She completed the walk around to make the vehicle was clean and undamaged. Will definitely go back to this location! Great customer service!
