Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was my second car rental from the Quakertown location. Everything went smooth like butter. The young lady at the pick up counter was very nice. I originally requested Chrysler Pacifica which was not available when I showed up, so she offered a Honda Odyssey instead. No big deal as it offered the same seating capacity. Odyssey was clean and very comfortable for my family & I’s road trip. When I dropped off the minivan, the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and professional. Overall, I’m very pleased with the rental vehicle, the price I paid for 8 days, and the staff I met at this location. You guys are great! Thanks so much for all the work you do!

We have rented from this location a couple of times. Cars smell like cigarettes and marijuana. During the week, the location was closed and they did not notify anyone, and we had to drive 20 minutes to pick up our rental at another location. They always seem not eager to help people. Lansdale and Souderton branches are much more pleasant, customer service driven and professional. I will drive the extra miles to get better service.

Needed a car for the day when mine wasn't working. For less than a round trip via Uber I was able to rent a car for the day. I was picked up from my home in the car I'd be renting. Was able to rent without issue and brought the car back the following day. If you have the money for the refundable deposit it might make a lot of sense. We have rented from this Enterprise once before and had a positive experience then as well.

Poor customer service by Zach. Was not helpful in any way. Car broke down 3 miles from enterprise location. Was not willing to swap my car out. Had to call roadside service and get an Uber. Then tried to tell me they had no cars, which was a lie. They had cars they just didn't want to give me and then ended up giving me a car and told me gas is full and for the inconvenience you can bring it back empty. Got in the car and it was a quarter tank. Not doing me a favor because now I had to go fill up the car. I had 3 bags with me. The tow driver and Uber driver were both gentleman and helped me with my bags. The enterprise guys could have cared less as I struggled to get myself and my things into the high pick up truck. Matt from Enterprise in Quakertown was awesome !! I called at the last minute and he met me at the body shop !! He informed me how the body shop lost power and they had a drop off box over the phone before I dropped my car off. We went over everything at the body shop and I was on my way !! They always give me too nice of cars to drive !! The car was reliable while I was using it. They are the only rental car business that I would use. Thank you so much for all your help !!
