Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My favorite Enterprise branch in MA! They easy reachable with metro and have great staff. Thank Sean for the help and support.

On November 28, 2025 I had to visit ENTERPRISE on 60 Beale St, Quincy MA to get a rental car last minute. My car was hit by another driver/ car badly and had to be towed, unfortunately. Since it was first time ever renting a car under these circumstances we had no idea how everything works. Sean was great! He took care of everything and was very patient with explaining how everything works with insurance company in this case. Believe me or not but he made me feel so much better after the whole horrible day. I also get lost very easily in a different from my own car and he even explained everything on certain buttons and options inside the car. Forever thankful!

I want to say big thank you to Sean for being very kind. Today I came in with the car that was damaged by someone who decided to hit it and leave and even though I told you I didn't have any money you didn't look down on me. You kept telling me it's okay you know and you even offered to pay for Uber to my house and you don't know where I live but you offered and that was very nice of you.... But what I didn't know that even when it's not my fault if somebody hit it and left then I'm going to have to pay. No one ever explained it to me. I know I came in. I rented it at the Weymouth location but still nobody had ever told me. I did get insurance on the car and because Geico who was paying for the car because the reason why I had a rental is because in late August somebody rear-ended me whil

Always a great experience since I began renting at this location. I have never had a negative experience. Each rental has been smooth, the staff is always friendly and informative, especially Sean, he always goes the extra mile to make my experience positive.

The employees are decent, nothing extraordinary. They disguise their misery but just barely. My real issue is the fact that I go in there with the reservation coming from external companies (due to accidents or fleet companies) so the vehicle is no selected. They ask me what car I drive at home to create some illusion that they’re matching the quality. For reference I drive a 2023 Toyota Camry AWD SE Nightshade which is not even close to a base model. When I tell them this they say they’ve got the perfect car for me. I walk outside and it’s a base model Nissan Rogue. If you don’t understand the problem at this point you’re part of it. Consumers have awareness please.
