The worker went out of his way to secure a vehicle for me because I didn't have my credit card only my debit and he did all he could to get me the reservation I made - which when you don't use your credit but debit card you need proof of address - he patiently waited a long time for me to get a copy of that and make the rental happen - because I really needed that vehicle while my car was in repair shop - so kudos to him & enterprise for hiring good caring people 👍
