Awesome small size Mazda suv and very safe and user driver friendly!

Very helpful and supportive staff. Convenient drop-off and pickup location. Had to swap out vehicles on the weekend and Enterprise made things easier by delivering the new vehicle to my residence and picking up the old vehicle and taking it back. Very good experience. Thank you.

I live in bend but I drive all the way out here for the exceptional service. Patrick & Michelle are amazing! I will always come to this location. I actually got the size of car I reserved and they were quick transparent and so nice. When they say it’s going to be a few minutes they actually mean a few minutes where as the bend office will tell you a few minutes but you sit there for an hour without your questions being directly answered. Thank you!

Patrick was easy to work with and very patient despite being the only associate. He answered all my questions and ensured I was taken care of.

I can't remember the associate's name because I was having to get a rental in a stressful situation but he was super attentive and it was getting busy. I think he may have been the only one there. I was allowed to leave the rental at the auto body shop and that was really considerate. Thanks Enterprise for your assistance.
