Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was in an car accident, and needed a rental while my truck was being fixed. Enterprise made the process easy, which was a relief after an accident. They had me on the road in less than 30 min. I would highly recommend Enterprise Rent-a-car.

My wife and I rented a Toyota SUV last month. We had a trip planned for FLA, first of we ordered a car for fuel efficiency (any car) but they had this gas guzzler for us instead. They decided to give us a free tank of gas to encourage us to take it. We started our trip towards FLA once made it halfway and suddenly we heard a flapping on the outside of the passenger door. We pulled to the side and noticed that the wheel trim had can a loose, once we pulled it back it was evident that in Enterprise words “home repair” had been made with literally duck tape rolled together to mend the plastic, we took pictures and called the manager Jerrod Williams of Richland. He reassured us that isn’t our issue and would be taken care of. That has not been case, as we have dealt with the run around since r

The only reason I'm giving a 4 is because they don't pickup or drop off. Other than that Enterprise is always easy to deal with.

I reserve a car from the Richland, MS. location several times a year. Everytime I confirm the reservation the day before and every time I show up, they have no car. I have to wait 30 minutes to 45 min. Poor business ethics.
