Best customer service. Easy check in and check out. My service rep was professional and courteous. Justin called ahead of time with an update on my vehicle, gave me one that suited my needs better than the vehicle I reserved. They offer military discounts, too. Great overall experience.

I've been using this location for the past 10 years since it's close to my work and my employer has a contact with Enterprise. The quality of service has been declining in recent years. Sometimes the cars reek of smoke and pot, and most of the time they are simply dirty (especially inside of the windshields, and mirrors). Other locations in Richmond (such as Staples Mills or airport) provide better service.

Shout out to Cinthia and Virginia! They were both super friendly and helpful when it came to getting me a vehicle just before the holiday season! They also allowed me to trade out the vehicle for another one that I was more comfortable with! Overall, I would highly recommend this Enterprise for any car rental needs!

I had a great experience here! I had to rent a car for the following day for a family emergency, which always makes me nervous because I've had issues with last minute rentals where the inventory listed online doesn't reflect what they actually have available. Austin helped me the day I picked up the car and the day after when I dropped it off- he was very polite, accommodating, and I was in and out of there both times in less than 15 minutes. I will absolutely rent from here again, especially as Turo has gotten so much more expensive!
