Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was addressed as soon as I walked in the door, and the nice young lady that assisted me pulled up my account and asked what kind of car I needed. She quickly identified a car for me and took me out to look it over. She got me taken care of very quickly and I was on the road in no time. When I brought the car back, and equally nice and professional young lady checked me in and called for the shuttle to take me back home. EVERYONE was extremely nice and professional and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

After striking out at both Hertz and Avis, despite having reservations at those nearby Rock Hill locations, we walked into Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Rock Hill without an appointment and frankly not expecting much. The experience was the exact opposite. The entire Enterprise team was professional, calm, warm, and genuinely helpful. They had real availability, not excuses. They took the time to walk us through multiple vehicle options, answered questions clearly, and focused on getting us the right solution rather than pushing whatever was easiest for them. We left with exactly what we needed, at a fair price, and in a vehicle that was clean, well-maintained, and clearly part of a solid fleet. 11/28/25 Update. Rented from This Enterprise location again for Holiday trip. Still 5 STARS! great customer service. Always greeted when I arrive. Questions always answered nicely and assistance when needed. The young lady who helped me yesterday with return was super sweet. Will continue to return for all my rentals. Rented a car for a week long trip to visit family. Picked it up Monday afternoon Oct. 20, 2025. I'm a recent widow so I was very nervous about traveling alone in a car I've have never driven before.
