Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The team over at the Rocky Point locations came through for me. I was renting a car to travel for business. They called around 6pm the day before and said they don't have a car for me. This was not great since you close at 6pm and really didn't give me any options. the following morning I called at 8am, when they open and the manager said he woudl do all he could to find me a car by 9 am. He called me back at 8:35 and said he had one at could pick up at 9am. Thank you so much. There were a couple of downsides, I was left with a little over a quarter of a tank, there is a gas station across the street and the car was not fully cleaned. I understand the cleaning due to the limited turn around but the gas could have been filled. Overall a great experience. Thank you for making it happen.

So I almost never leave reviews, but this location has been so terrible that I am inclined to do so. I had a 45 day rental that should have been booked through insurance. The reservation was made under a duplicate claim number and Geico apparently refused to pay under that number. When the car was returned I was assured that they would work out billng with GEICO and went on my way. A month later I find a 1300 dollar charge on my credit card for the full cost of the rental. No contact from Enterprise to advise there was an issue. The office was no help at all and refused to do anything besides tell me to seek reimbursement from my insurance company. I have rented from this location many times over the past 4 years. From the moment of pick up to the moment I get dropped off I am met with great customer service and a friendly demeanor from every single person I interact with. They ALWAYS go above and beyond any time they can! Excellent team, I love the Rocky Point branch! 10/10

Enterprise in Rocky Point was excellent. All of the employees treated me with respect and were knowledgeable, any questions I had were answered satisfactory. I will definitely use them again and refer any friends to this location.

Date of visit 11-5-2025 I booked a car online i showed up at 8:15am after having to take an Uber for 20 dollars to get to enterprise. I was told they tried calling to tell me they had no cars. I didn't get a call. Long story short I had to pay for an Uber back home and then pay for an Uber to the next closest location port jefferson station. So it costs me over 60 dollars before I got a car. Do not go to this place staff where very cold and dismissive even though I've used them for years. The port jefferson branch was much better
