Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The gentleman at Enterprise were extremely helpful, Cheerful and polite. I very much appreciated the thought that went into getting me a BEAUTIFUL CHEVY TRAXX CAR. I FELT SAFE and car was easy to handle. I believe they considered my age in choosing a car for me! Most appreciated. I visit grandchildren on Long Island as I live in Florida! ENTERPRISE is now my home to rental agency. Pricing was great. Checking in and out a breeze. Thank you Enterprise for making my visit smooth and stress free!

Every other car rental agency at ISP had a line, Enterprise didn’t. They served each customer diligently and with respect. We had originally reserved a car with Avis because we had tier status with them but at the very last minute I read the Google Reviews and saw how horrible they were (specifically at ISP) and switched to Enterprise. We don’t usually rent with Enterprise but this experience was great! Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating from the check-in person, to the return desk person.

Rented a pick up truck from Enterprise near MacArthur Airport , and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth and stress-free. By the way loved driving a pick up truck and I think it's a better way to travel if you're enjoying the Long Island the only reason I found that out because I couldn't rent a car so if you thinking about traveling around the ISLAND, can't get a car go to enterprise And get a pick up truck you'll love it Felt like I was driving in Texas,

We rented a car from the location it Islip Ny airport. People at the counter was wonderful. Friendly Efficient and knew how to interact with people... The car though was something else. When they detailed it they used way to much Air Freshener. We were in somewhat of a rush to get to our destination, so we didnt hang around the airport. By the time we got to Greenport, we all had headaches because of it. Lesson for the day Kids... If something isn't right get it delt with right away Because your still going to have to pay for it when you return it.
