Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff is really rude. When I was waiting. I heard them talking about another customer in a derogatory way I asked for a specific vehicle before another customer had asked for it, but they gave it away. I asked for a sedan. They told me they had recalls on it then they said that they couldn’t let anybody rent them because of the recalls 15 minutes later those three sedans were rented to different people what reason would your employees have to just lie like that what reason do you have to be rude to your customers? It’s very childish the woman I spoke to has no reason to act that shady or to lie and other people there don’t seem like they know what they’re doing. No customer service.

I recently rented a Malibu from here. The car was rented by insurance company for me. The service is perfect. First, the branch provided me a ride to the branch to pick up the car and a ride from the branch after returning the car. This is very thoughtful. Second, the whole check-in and check-out process is smooth and fast. Third, the car itself is clean and runs pretty well. Last, I didn't buy insurance from them and used my own liability to cover the car. I'd say it's pretty important to walk through the car to take record (photo) of any preexisting scratch at the pick up. The Malibu had a preexisting long scratch near the tire and the pick-up agent says they are aware of it. However, the return agent said he didn't know there is a scratch and the scratch was not in their system. I was l

Great service today with Molly. I called ahead to see if they had what I was looking for and they saved it for me. I had a reservation already in the system under insurance but not a vehicle picked out. This location was somewhat busy and a little bigger than the Georgetown location. However, I was approached while in line as were other customers. They kept everything running quickly and had plenty of staff on hand. My vehicle was parked when I took this picture. :)

Amazing staff, the manager, is a go Getter, multitasking getting people through the line as quick as they can. I got a jeep grand wagoneer, the car was in beautiful shape. It was nice and clean. Highly recommend this location. Very friendly staff and a very handsome guy that works behind the counter too. UPDATE NEW RENTAL: Rented a truck from this location brand new truck, amazing shape still amazing staff here highly recommend them shout out to koby he was a huge help. Getting me through the line, always checking in. Making sure Everything is going smooth Thank you koby you're an amazing guy

I had rented a car each week for 6 weeks in a row. Everyone at Enterprise was very helpful and friendly. Koby went out of his way to make sure the gas tank was full before my 3 hour drive. Carrie Ann was super helpful getting my reservation issue resolved. April saw that I didn't have a ride back to my house and she was able to get me an Uber - that really impressed me. Vincent helped me through bumper damage I accidentally caused - the whole process ended up being simple. Colten helped me get the vehicle I wanted for an extra comfortable drive. Molly patiently answered many questions I had over the phone regarding returning the car after hours. So - from top to bottom every person I interacted with was wonderful. I will be going back soon.
