Great rental and support experience at this Enterprise Rent A Car in Salem NH. Very friendly staff (Tristan, Alex, Kyler and yes I forgot the 4th name I tried to remember!). Great service and a great rental. Kyler is pictured here making sure the very fun to drive Bronco Sport is ship shape and ready to drive away!

TDLR: go to the Derry location. Made a reservation online for a one way SUV rental (NH to NC) for three days to do an interstate move. Went to pickup the SUV and it didn’t have a spare tire (just a jar of tire sealant?). It also smelled like cigarettes and had huge gashes and dents on several body panels - but we were fine with the cosmetic stuff, the safety concern of not having a spare tire for a long distance haul? Not so much. Concerned about the potential for being stranded with a car full of stuff on the side of the road hundreds of miles from home, I asked if there was anything available with a spare tire. Very disappointed with this company. My 19 year old son rented a car in Salem while his car was getting fixed. Apparently they took advantage of his age and knowledge by charging for extra insurance that was not needed. I was unaware of this until I received my amex bill. My son lives in Salem, NH with his mother and I live in Manchester. My son went back after 8 or 9 days to cancel it, he must of been made aware of this from someone. After seeing this charges I called enterprise and spoke with Tristan. I was looking to get these charges refunded due to my son not knowing what they were and came over a month after he rented the car. Hello, I used "Enterprise" in August and September 2025, and I must admit I don't regret my choice for this car rental. The advice was clear and accurate. It allowed me a stress-free stay. My English is broken, and the efforts made by the agents on duty pleasantly surprised me. The rates for good coverage are reasonable considering the risks. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely return to "Enterprise."
